School Logo
We wanted a new school logo because our old one wasn't really colourful and bright. For homework we drew our ideas on sheets of paper. Back in school, we found out about best value, and who would design our logo professionally. Simon began phoning the graphic designers in Orkney, and Iain Ashman most certainly gave us a good deal! He looked at our designs and based his ideas on Chloe's logo, before sending us a proof copy. We then chose which one we wanted the most. We thought his designs were very fascinating. We liked the logo we chose, because it was bright, colourful and had some things that are on Flotta. We also liked the colours of the writing but we thought black would be the best, because it stood out better on a letterhead. Iain Ashman gave us some different colours in the same design to see what we thought looked best. So here we are with our new logo on our website, posters and letters. We are very thankful to Ian Ashman for helping us creating the logo for our school. Shrove Tuesday
